Rex “Tic-Tock” Tyler, aka the Hour-Man, is trying to find one of his loyal Minute Men (led by Minute Martin – Rex apparently never met a time reference he didn’t like). Fortunately, the kidnapped youth has managed to leave a note for his drug-addled role model (with sleeping gas, of course. Not his usual pills.
