The Most Sensational Guest Star Ever!

Not since Spidey teamed up with the Not Yet Ready for Prime Time Players has Marveldom seen such an awesome collaboration!

“Look out! That man has a spoon!”

“Don’t worry, I’ll save you!”

Almost done with the Daredevil panels already. Very sad.

Let me guess: Mind-Wave’s secret weapon was a gun shaped like a spoon.

Thank God Uri was allowed to hold it for five minutes while carefully exerting pressure!

The twist at the end of the story is that the Mind-Wave terrorist organisation is just a put-up by James Randi to make Uri look like an idiot in public.

Y’know, in a superhero universe, wouldn’t Randi be out of business?

If Spider-Man *really* wanted to make some money, he should have taken Randi’s million dollar challenge.

But Randi could team-up with The Wizard to show everyone what morons superheroes are.

Not the one with the anti-gravity discs; the one with the floating chair.

There’d still be business for Randi. For example, exposing the fake ‘Speak to the dead’ folks. You know, like the ‘Crossing Over With John Edwards’ show. John has no supernatural talent, he’s just quick-witted.

I bought this right off the stands. Must have been early 1976. I was 11 or 12. And I was SO EXCITED they teamed Daredevil with Uri Geller!

I’m lying. I had no idea who Uri Geller was. I was a huge Daredevil fan back then, but I don’t remember what was going on in this one. I took it to school and one of my friends (who had never read Daredevil) thought that Daredevil was a team of red-clad acrobats because of the multiple images of DD on the cover. I’m trying to remember ANYTHING else about this issue that wasn’t lame. The art’s good, I think it was Bob Brown and Klaus Janson.

So did they ever have Erich von Daniken team up with Iron Man or Thor? (Rev. Moon was in Howard the Duck.)
