There Shall Come, An Ending

So Flash and GL have their powers back, and are facing down Major Disaster. It’s all been building to this, folks!

Seriously?

All that planning and he takes himself out?

    Well, at least MD was kind enough to explain us what his mistake was whilst vaporizing, you have to commend him for that, perhaps a posthumous promotion to Lt. Colonel Disaster?

    And for goodness sake, the scirlings were obviously underqualified or underpaid, couldn’t they design the damn doom machine with an insulated handle? I mean, it’s as if I had to wear gloves to plug my TV set to the mains outlet!

    I wanted to say that Hal looks like he’s mentally challenged but then I realised I was just promoted to Captain Obvious.

    I love the text box in the first panel. Apparently, Major Disaster’s criminal empire was already a major disaster before it started collapsing. Going from ruin to collapsing run isn’t all that much of a drop, is it?
