Zatara vs The Biggest Foe of All part II.
When we last left our hero, the Atlantic Ocean was rising. But why?
That’s right, it’s Zatara vs Global Warming! There’s a bunch of bad science here, such as the fact that only NY seems to be impacted, but it’s a funny coincidence.
Also, you have to love that the big bad is named off-panel.
For fun, here’s the more of this awesomely bizarre story:

That’s all I have, sadly.
Someone should tell Al Gore about this comic. Or at least buy him a top hat.

Ok uh…. So it's a dream by Col Sanders???
And why does it seem Hadji has the mind of a child?

Hmmm…magic, top hat 'n tails, and a third world manservant. How is it again that the Mandrake people never brought suit?

And no frenchmen complained at the fact that they make look their president like a total idiot and at the utterly inacurate, ridiculous and ugly representation of the Eiffel Tower?

Well, I am French, and I find it hilarious.
Though, I’m not too sure which of our president this one would be.
I am pretty sure no French president, actual or past, can speak English so well.
“Crazee, Oui, oui!” indeed.

Why is he saying “oui, oui”? Shouldn’t he be saying “non, non”?

OK, real scientists would be able to tell Zatara that melting an iceberg floating in the ocean has NO EFFECT on the level of the sea. Global warming is expected raise sea levels by melting ice that’s on land, mostly in Antarctica.
So all those scientists are impostors.

The British Prime Minister is a pretty accurate drawing of Neville Chamberlain – political cartoonists at the time always showed him with an umbrella.

I just have to say, that scientist has the most amazing hair. He must show up at symposia and all the other scientists just bow before him in awe and fear.
They have to bring this guy back into mainstream DC comics. He could rock the proverbial “hizzouse” as Zatanna's sidekick/foil.
