The Right to Arm Bears

Hal finally decides to not be a lazy jerk

After this… works somehow … we learn why the bear was chasing the kid in the first place:

Holy cow – I take back my Objectivist crack. Hal should have let nature take her course.

(and for all those wondering – yes, Hal does bang her).

So this is what happened to the Hundred Acre Wood after Christopher Robin hit puberty. Poor Pooh Bear.

Oh come on, for starters the bees would have attacked Hal when he ripped the hive from the tree, second the bear would not be knocked back by it as it is made of soft material and lastly bears are pretty able to sustain beestings (how else could they attack beehives)?

@Sezaar: Plus, those bees are in front of the bear.  How do you chase something from that posi@sezaar:disqus tion?

Look at his left front paw, this creature (I mean the bear) is clearly disabled. But I guess that’s no problem for Hall “jailbait” Jordan.

It’s comic book and cartoon logic. it operates on a whole different level that we aren’t able to compend. for instance, why the hell do Disney characters who wears shirts but no pants at all suddenly cover up their lower bits if the shirt is removed? And yes, they count because they also had their own comic books, and uses the same gag there as they do in the cartoons.
The comic-book/cartoon universe of the 50 to 60’s find this kind of logic to be somehow normal, so of course they wouldn’t think it was weird to use a beehive and it’s bees as an weapon against a bear… 😛

What’s trashing weeks of gruesome and tireless work from those poor bees in order to build their hive in exchange for the chance to see yet another of Hal’s antics? In the next panel, the queen bee should sting his fantastic ass, that would teach him!

Besides, that stupid kid deserved his Darwin Award, who’s GL to deny such honor?

Agreed. Who ‘teases a normally friendly bear”? Dear Buddy: Operative word in that sentence — BEAR.

Has anyone seen the movie Grizzly Man? I’m betting Timothy Treadwell got his information about bears from this comic.

I think that is Thimothy Treadwell!

    Don’t go spoiling my rant!

And who says Donald Duck doesn’t wear pants? Maybe he wears white paints that fit really nicely!

What do you mean Disney characters don’t wear pants?! OMG I just learned that I spent my childhood watching porn, and my parents happily allowed it!

Everything I know about clothing fashions I learned watching Bambi.
