What comic/issue was this from? kinda puts the whole Dr. Light thing in perspective if they regularly did this sort of shennanigans.

It was an early issue of Brave and The Bold, but that’s as much as I recall. It was the debut of the Time Commander.
I really need to index these better.
That said, this happened quite a bit.
In fact, soon I’ll be adding a Dr. Light/JLA scan that puts Identity Crisis under a VERY strong microscope.
